Desert Palms is a pet-friendly community. Dogs are allowed up to 25 lbs fully grown. Our pet deposit is currently $200 total ($100 refundable & $100 non-refundable). Pet rent per month is $20.00.

Ready to Hold an Apartment?

To hold an apartment: you may either print out both pages below or obtain the application and application addendum from our office. Fill both pages out completely for each adult applicant and submit to the office with your holding deposit (the non-refundable deposit and application fee(s)) if applicable. Vacant apartments can be held vacant a maximum of 14 days. The first month's rent and refundable deposit are paid on the move-in day (the rental office will fill in the bottom of the application and calculate the total due for you). Initial deposits and move-in costs must be paid by cashier's check or money order only (personal checks are gladly accepted only after move-in). You may bring in your completed application and deposit to the office in person, or scan & email, fax to (520) 318-4934 or send it in the mail with your holding deposit and application fee(s). Make sure to fill out the application completely and answer all the questions listed. We'll also need copies of valid, state issued ID's and proof of income.
